Some clients prefer to develop a therapeutic relationship that will last. Perhaps you are looking to make a big change to your life, heal from complex trauma, or have a reliable source of support you can count on for the long haul. Healing doesn't have a set timeframe and it is often lifelong. You may find yourself going through seasons of needing more regular therapy and then taking a break. Either way, I'm here for you.
