Existential therapy for people navigating grief, transformation, and the mystery of being human.
There are times when something in us begins to change.
A relationships ends. Someone we love dies. The future we imagined no longer feels possible. We discover a different understanding of ourselves. A psychedelic experience opens a door we don't quite know how to walk through. The world around us is changing, and we find ourselves grieving not only what has been lost, but what may be lost. Or perhaps you simply feel a quiet pull toward something deeper.
Therapy can be a place to follow that pull.
At Moonglade Therapy, I offer a space for curiosity, meaning-making, spiritual exploration, and transformation. I work with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, imaginative, and often deeply engaged with the world around them—people who aren't necessarily looking to be fixed, but who want to understand themselves more deeply and live more consciously.
Together, we might explore grief and loss, existential questions, spirituality, neurodivergence, identity and career transitions, climate anxiety and ecological grief, psychedelic experiences, or the parts of yourself that are beginning to ask for a different way of living.
What is this experience asking of me?
What am I being called to release?
What wants to emerge?
Meet Rachael
Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I am a licensed associate therapist providing in-person office and nature therapy sessions in Seattle along with online telehealth counseling anywhere in Washington state.
I work from the belief that human beings are more complex than any diagnosis or symptom list can capture. My approach draws from existential and depth psychology, Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, mindfulness, ecotherapy, and transpersonal approaches. Depending on what calls to you, our work may include dreams, symbolism, parts work, embodiment, time in nature, ritual, meditation, or simply the space to wonder together.

My Services
I help preteens, teens, and adults tend to grief, explore identity, and find relief from existential anxiety. Sessions are either conducted online or in-person - outdoors in nature or at my office in north Seattle.
As a death doula, I also provide support to people approaching end-of-life, along with their caretakers and loved ones.
Let's find a path to therapy that works for you.
